How It Works
Once a student-athlete is approved for a NILLY License Payment, the steps to start earning NIL income are fast and easy.
Student-athletes (and their parent or guardian if they are under 18) sign the agreement licensing their NIL rights to NILLY.
Within 10 days of signature, the student-athlete receives their upfront NILLY License Fee payment
As NILLY secures additional NIL deals, the student-athlete shares in at least 75% of that NIL revenue
The student-athlete periodically promotes NILLY through their social media platforms and other media
At the end of the 7-year term of the contract the student-athlete’s NILLY agreement expires
